To ensure the safety of our clients/members a DBS check must be completed for all positions. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position at Hearts and London Minicabs Limited. If a check is returned and reveals any information, this will be discussed with the applicant. Hearts and London Minicabs Limited will make a decision as to whether the offer of employment should be withdrawn.

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, the information given in this application is correct and that I am legally entitled to take employment in the UK. I understand that I will also be required to produce original documents as specified in the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.

Applicants are, therefore, not entitled to withhold details about convictions which for other purposes are 'spent' under the provisions of the Act".
